The staff is super accommodating, from reception to breakfast providers. The breakfast is one of the best you can find. And the location is close to beautiful canals, arthouse cinemas, the train station, public transport, sushi restaurants: everything!

I was very disappointed with the takeaway breakfast service. Before my stay, I informed the hotel that I would be leaving early and would need a breakfast to go. I reminded the staff again the evening before my departure. Despite having paid for breakfast, nothing was prepared. When I woke up the staff member, he explained that he "didn't know what to prepare," so he simply didn't prepare anything at all. This is not an acceptable response from a hotel offering breakfast. There were also no proper takeaway cups for tea or coffee. Overall, the takeaway breakfast service simply does not work at this hotel. If you need to leave early, don't rely on receiving the breakfast you've paid for.
