Although this hotel charges high prices and advertises heavily, the reality of the rooms and services is disappointing, making the value for money completely disproportionate. The bathroom is extremely small and poorly laid out, with the toilet crammed into a space where it is impossible to sit comfortably. There are only blackout curtains at the windows, with no sheer curtains; if you open them, everyone from the outside can see in, and if you close them, the room is pitch dark. Additionally, the TV was completely useless and did not work for a single minute. Things were not clear with the parking either: I was initially told it costs 25 euros per 24 hours and that they offer a 50% discount, but in the end, I was charged 18 euros per day, so the math there was neither correct nor transparent. At breakfast, managing the plates is exhausting: you only get one plate, and although there are many different types of food, you are forced to mix everything together unless you ask the staff for a clean plate every single time. Also, for two days in a row, small teaspoons were missing. When I asked for one, the staff member preferred to clear other tables first and finally brought it after I had already finished eating with a large spoon. Regarding the breakfast staff, only three of them were prompt and polite, while the other girls were disappointing, failing to prioritize the customer's requests over their routine tasks. Another unacceptable aspect for the price paid and the reputation they claim to have is the lack of a proper espresso machine, as only a basic vending machine was available. Overall, this hotel is far too expensive for what it offers and is absolutely not worth the money. I hope this feedback brings an idea for improvement.

Great location. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Lovely ambiance and staff are exceptionally helpful.

The guest room is comfortable . I slept well with quiet night and comfort pillows . The breakfast is really good, they gave me whole day energy for trip. The hotel staffs were all friendly having good location.
