Das Rührei zum Frühstück war nicht gut

Ideale Lage wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof und der Altstadt, sehr sauber und ruhig

Zentrale Lage. Frühstück gut mit frischem Orangensaft und auch mit glutenfreien Produkten Nettes Personal beim checkout.

Check in war erst nach 16 Uhr, Zimmer war noch nicht fertig.

Gostei muito da localização, da equipe de atendimento. Café da manhã excelente por E13 O quarto e o banheiro eram pequenos, mas tinha ar condicionado.

Achei que os quartos poderiam ser maiores.

lokacija hotela je odlična, blizina željezničkog kolodvora i javnog prijevoza. također su sobe uredne.

Location was very good. Close to train station and also walkable to main sights.

I booked this hotel partially because it listed air conditioning as an amenity. We stayed during a couple of very warm days in May, but they refused to turn on the air conditioning as it was "only operational in summer". Opening windows was not an option because there was scaffolding all along the side of the building, so anyone could have entered the room. We asked for a fan, but were told simply "no". No apologies or any attempt to help, SO we spent a good portion of our first of only 2 days in Strasbourg trying to find an inexpensive fan - to no avail.
