Le personnel est très aimable et très serviable. Un accueil au top, du personnel très serviable de l'accueil, au service petit déjeuner aux femmes de ménage. Vraiment très gentil

Hôtel, très bien situé, beau standing. Le petit-déjeuner continental est excellent, très diversifié, des produits du terroir.

"Perfecte locatie om van daaruit het gezellige en levendige Troyes te ontdekken."

De locatie van het hotel is voortreffelijk, pal in het centrum van Troyes. Het hotel beschikt tevens over een privé-parking op 100m afstand.; een grote luxe.

Er is geen ontbijtruimte in het hotel. Wel mogelijkheid tot bestellen op de kamer, maar dit leek ons niet aantrekkelijk. Onze kamer was een aangepaste kamer voor mensen met een beperking: extra-brede deuren, verlaagde lavabo, verlaagde spiegel, verhoogd toilet, zitje in de doucheruimte. Voor mensen zonder beperking is vooral de badkamer wat minder aantrekkelijk. Het ophangsysteem van de handdouche was defect.

L'espace détente du spa avec sauna, hammam et douche sensorielle très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec tout ce qu'il faut, que ça soit en sucré ou en salé. L'emplacement en plein centre ville est parfait !

Notre chambre donnait sur une rue fort passante, et très bruyante (mais l'hôtel n'y peut pas grand chose, et on est en plein centre ville). Si j'y retourne, je demanderai une chambre sur cour.
