Briqueterie Champagne, A Beauvallon Hotel & Spa

This hotel is in a great location for visiting the great Champagne houses of Epernay. The grounds are magnificent, and have sweet gardens and a good small walking trail. Staff was very helpful and the concierge was tremendous. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was good. There are other places in the area, though, that we discovered that were preferable. Our rooms, in the basement next to the pool, were clean but tiny. My room had a very smelly bathroom, which I’m guessing was a result of the room location. Overall it was a good stay, if a bit overpriced.

La bâtisse de l'hôtel a beaucoup de charme, entourée de vignes, avec un jardin agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins, avec le sourire. Notre suite "Champagne" est assez spacieuse et accueillante. La piscine est agréable, propre et entretenue régulièrement. Une mention particulière pour les deux barmen et la responsable du Bistro qui sont très aimables et efficaces.

Le service de nettoyage de la suite n'était pas toujours au mieux de sa forme... Notre suite donnait sur les parties techniques de l'hôtel, lesquelles sont assez bruyantes. Le nettoyage des vitres de l'hôtel, surtout dans la salle du Bistro, laisse fortement à désirer. Les cartes des restaurants sont assez limitées au niveau du choix des plats. Pour un "étoilé" Michelin, ce n'est pas acceptable et n'incite pas à la réservation.

Great place to stay for visiting the Epernay champagne houses. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, small but good gym and good location for travelling in the area. Would particularly suggest that you ask the staff for places to eat. We were treated to some lovely local restaurants that were not in our radar. Thanks, Esteban!

Just a wonderful place! We were checked in very quickly as we mentioned that our cat was a bit tired. Everything in the room had been prepared carefully, including a little bed and even a gift for our cat! The room is beautifully equipped and very cozy. And the record player with vinyls is simply one love! Everything was just as lovely — a bar with an outdoor terrace, and a fantastic dinner at the bistro. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. And the staff were very friendly. We received good advice about visiting some champagne houses in the surroundings. Thanks a lot!

We had two dinners there. And honestly, we enjoyed the dinner at the hotel’s bistro much more than the one at the restaurant Alcove. There was a rather strange situation with the restaurant's staff — it felt disorganised, and the service was very slow. Quite unpleasant impression.
