The decor, the public areas of the hotel, cleanliness of the rooms, spa treatment, complimentary champagne for birthday and drinks in mini bar, coffee

The pool facilities and cleanliness, lots of flies in restaurants, price of breakfast was expensive for buffet, upgrade to a room which was smaller and on busy corridor to the pool was disappointing, smell of drainage in pool corridor (not in hotel room) but also pool door often left open, could consider free shuttle into epernay given remote location

Déco très soignée dans la chambre, les salons et le restaurant, bel hôtel à taille humaine, accueil chaleureux À pied, la possibilité de jolies balades dans les vignes

Chambre moyennement isolée du bruit, accès jardin qui donne sur le parking, salle de petit déjeuner qui nous a semblé petite vu l’affluence Aucune flexibilité sur l’horaire de checkout - la nuit qui a suivi le changement d’heure - on comprend les enjeux d’occupation mais une communication moins directe aurait été bienvenue
