we rented the family unit for one evening and it was great. Clean and spacious with a lovely little kitchenette. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night.

We stayed in the lovely apartment. Ideal for a family. The square we were based at was beautiful.

A little dissapointed as although the hotel was reasonably priced and the owner very helpful we were not happy with our room. The bed was clean and comfortable but the room was very small and needed refurbishing. The biggest downside was the shower which was filthy, so dirty that my wife refused to use it

Exceptional staff who waited for us as we were late for check in. Lovely view from our window of the Place d'Heroes. Still hard to manoeuver the flights of circular stairs with luggage so be prepared. Rooms are small but clean and the bed made for a restful sleep. I would return.

For our 2 nights in Arras the location was perfect. Staying with our dog we got the top floor room and, yes, the rooms may be smaller than a chain hotel and there is no lift but for service and value for money we were very happy with it. There are 15-minute free parking bays almost immediately outside the hotel for loading/unloading, when the market isn't on, and secure underground parking in the next square, which the hotel has good rates for. The owner was friendly and welcoming and we would happily stay there again.

Excellent location right off the town square. It is an older hotel with small rooms. The beds an dpillows are marginally comfortable, but the location and ease of access made up for it.

Great location in the centre of town, used a public car park 2 mins away. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were in an apartment room which was spacious and well-equipped, suited to a longer stay as it had facilities for self catering. Note that there is no lift however so you may have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of fresh fruit and pastries and bread and cereals on offer. Arras is a wonderful city in general also, so highly recommend a visit!

We passed by a couple of times before spotting the entrance and managed to secure a parking place to unload. Once inside reception the welcome was warm and friendly and we were re allocated to a room on the first floor to minimise stair climbing for my wife. There is no lift! The day was hot and the restaurants and bars in the square were busy but there was plenty of choice and it's only a matter of moments from the hotel to relaxing in the sun. Similarly there was plenty of choice for an evening meal and all in walking distance. We intend to return for a longer stay and would recommend the hotel as it offers a great location and good 2 star accommodation.

This hôtel was very well located in the center of Arras. A bit rundown - not recommended for those with mobility issues - no elevator in service. Adequate for a night.
