The location couldn't be better and the staff are incredibly helpful and understanding. We faced a difficult family situation while we were there and they couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating.

The rooms aren't QUITE as nice as they pics make them out to be. They're a little more dated. But its still a nice place. There's no air con which is worth knowing in summer months.

Beautiful traditionally furnished hotel in safe, relaxing area. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, also within walking distance of railway station. Very pleasant staff.

Locatie is top. Erg leuk hotel en aardig personeel. Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is uitstekend!

Er was geen airco op de kamer. Door de hitte eigenlijk amper een oog dichtgedaan. Balkondeuren open gehad, maar dat zorgde voor veel lawaai omdat het hotel midden in het centrum zit. Daarnaast totaal lekgeprikt door de muggen

Great location. Lovely staff. Located close to Lille Flanders railway station & a easy walk from Lille Europe.
