Not much ambience in the bar

All staff very friendly. Fantastic location! Huge parking next door so parking is plentiful and inexpensive. Rooms cleaned daily. Breakfast onsite.

Soundproofing could be better. Street rooms could get noisy. Any noise from the hallway or elevator was heard.

Location was great- easy walking throughout town. Beds were comfortable, as was the bathroom. Appreciated the fresh water bottles each morning, coffee pods, well made beds. Clara- she checked us in, and we saw her each afternoon/evening of our stay. She genuinely made the stay perfect for our family at this hotel-from checking us in, pouring beverages in the small lounge (very comfortable)- and she even helped my daughters with wifi on their phones (we all especially loved her). Pool option was good, though it was too cold outside for us this stay. Free parking ~ 4 blocks away, a huge free parking lot near a church. Felt safe to park there overnight, easy enough to use once we realized it was easier to drop baggage off first, then park.

The room was "tired"- carpet needed cleaning, a fresh coat of paint on the walls/wooden furniture.
