Séjour Pro, pratique pour RDV matin en centre-ville. Bon accueil, parking public payant juste en face de l'hôtel 31€ / 24H (zone piétonne, parking obligatoire. C'est le côté positif, par contre chambre décevante, RDC aucune vue, ça doit être une des chambres les plus moche de l'hôtel, surement à cause d'avoir réservé par hotels.com, aucune prise de courant (la seule est utilisé par la toute petite TV, donc obligé de la débrancher pour brancher son ordinateur, pas de prise vers table de chevet, il y a quand même une prise dans la mini SDB qui permet de charger son smartphone) prévoir une multiprise Pas pris le Pdj, plusieurs cafés dans le secteur. Wifi ok

L’emplacement est superbe pour profiter de la plupart des attraits de la ville à pieds avec tout plein de shoppings et de restos à proximité. Seul petit bémol pour moi personnellement, la chambre est sombre car elle ne donne pas sur l’extérieur mais c’est fréquent en Europe. Bon petit déjeuner sur place!

Hôtel très bien situé (on visite Toulouse à pieds) et personnel très accueillant mais : - petite chambre vétuste dans son ensemble, - seulement 2 prises électriques dans la chambre (aucune dans la salle de bain ni à côté du lit) - évier très émaillé, joint du pare-douche sale.

Manque de propreté notamment les rideaux de la chambre. Cela sent mauvais dans l’ascenseur et chambre limite. Il fait froid dans la salle de bain car chauffage uniquement dans la chambre. En revanche, personnel très sympathique et souriant. L’hôtel est idéalement placé car près du métro et des sites à visiter. Bilan mitigé mais pour une nuit et le prix proposé, cela convient.

Le nettoyage de la chambre n’était fait qu’à moitié.. de la poussière, le rideau de douche pas propre. L’eau avait beaucoup de difficulté à s’écouler. Problème d’humidité dans la chambre. Il y avait même de l’eau qui coulait par la fenêtre à l’intérieur de la chambre. Le prix du petit déjeuné est élevé par rapport au choix proposé.

C'est toujours avec plaisir quand je viens à Toulouse de séjourner dans cette hôtel où tout me plaît. Seul petit bémol-la clé où j'ai eue beaucoup de mal à m'en servir pour ouvrir et fermer ma porte-.J'y reviendrais.
