Les 2 parkings qui permettent de rentrer d'un côté ou de l'autre du bâtiment selon ou se situe la chambre. Le petit déjeuner super. Le restaurant sur place est un plus et c'était excellent.

"Si nous revenons à Castres l'année prochaine ce sera à coup sûr au Mercure."

Tout d'abord le personnel : très compétent, très disponible, souriant, poli, résolvant les problèmes et ceci que ce soit à l'accueil, au petit déjeuner, au restaurant ou les femmes de chambre. Le parking très grand donc pas de problème pour se garer. L'emplacement est bien facile à trouver et pas loin du parc et du centre ville.
La chambre aurait pu avoir un vrai fauteuil et une surface un peu plus grande de façon à bien poser une valise et un sac au lieu d'une valise seulement.

De accommodatie was een fijn stoppunt tijdens de reis. Lekker aan het rustige zwembad. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Je kan ook nog eens casten naar de tv. Echt relaxen!

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil, l'écoute et la prise en compte d'une demande spécifique telle que mettre les vélos au garage et recharger le vélo électrique.
Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et varié mais nous n'avons pas apprécié les oeufs brouillés. Vu le prix du petit-déjeuner, de vrais oeufs brouillés seraient appréciables.
