Hotel Chalet de l'Isère

Petit hôtel familiale avec un excellent accueil et de très bons conseils, idéalement placé près du palais des festivals. Plutôt calme et une belle petite vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais on y trouve son bonheur.

Authentic hotel with keys in a lovely summerhouse. Nice little garden.

The walk from the city back to the hotel is very steep and tiresome during the hot summer season. Location is very residential with not a single cafe nor grocery store nearby so you need to make the ascent down to Cannes just to buy a water bottle etc. Not recommended for elderly. A fridge and / or offering complementary cold water to guest would be welcomed. In addition this is the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel where even a simple cup of coffee from the machine is not complimentary. Offering such small things and water especially would make you feel more welcome as a guest. The latter also a necessity from a health perspective in the warm weather.

I didn't have breakfast at the location. But I am sure it would have been nice.

The rooms could have has a small refrigerator.

nothing! lacked coffee making facilities in the room. toilet leaked and towels were changed once
