Good apartment with a really confortable location

Good location, close to the station and city center. Spacious rooms.

Uncomfortable double bed which is actually a sofa bed. Rooms need some renovation.

BE CAREFUL! The room was nothing like the pictures! Terribly dirty, hair all over the bed sheets and the bathroom, yellow pillows and stained sheets, dirt inside the toilet and hair in the sink and shower. The bed underneath was shred! This is not about small damages furtniture might have, this is about dirt. The cleanness of the bed and the bathroom is not negotiable in a hostel! It had a weird smell and the room seemed as if it was not cleaned. After 8 hours of travelling we came to see this mess, although we arrived 2 hours later than check in time. Even though we immidiately left the place and did not stay neither of the two nights we had booked, they refused to give our money back. We were so tired yet we had to find another place to go. It was their responsibility to have the room cleaned two hours after check in time without us asking for it. They tried to escape the refund in every way possible. Booking.com felt so sorry for us after the pictures we sent them that they returned us their whole profit of the booking, which was unfortunately only 25e. This is not the way to treat customer/travellers. We feel scammed. We would advice everyone to stay away from this hostel.

Location, comfortable mattress, microwave, good size fridge, coffee machine

No blackout curtains (very bright in the morning), shower gel bottle was empty on arrival, noisy air conditioning unit, no extra pillows, no complimentary housekeeping service

Save your energy and don’t waste your time here. It’s not worth for staying in the apartment.

The checkin and checkout process is over complicated. The staff doesn’t know the apartments if there has been an issue after your arrival. They are helpless. You must control the equipment by yourself after the previous guests. Additionally, there are asking for insane deposit.

Good location. Clean place. Good for family.

No lift.
