Das erste Zimmer, dass man uns geben wollte war eine Zumutung. Die Bilder auf der Buchungsplattform hat nichts mit der Kategorie des Zimmers zu tun, das Zimmer war extrem klein. Das zweite Zimmer entsprach dann allerdings den Bildern für die ursprünglich gebuchte Kategorie. Hierfür musst du mir dann allerdings tatsächlich Aufpreis direkt vor Ort bezahlen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich! Auch der vor ab geregelt der Parkplatz auf der eine Aussenstelle Fläche, es gebe hier genug war zu hören, war nicht vorhanden. Erst am Abreisetag gab es tatsächlich einen leeren Parkplatz den man nutzen konnte. Alles in allem sehr unbefriedigend. Am Pool gab es neun liegen für alle Zimmer zusammen, eine davon war defekt. Überhaupt Stellten wir mehrere bauliche Mängel fest, auch die Sauberkeit der Anlage und der allgemeinen genutzten Räumlichkeiten war nicht immer zufrieden stellend. Und als Krönung hat man dann noch alle 20 Minuten einen Zug, der in wenigen Metern Entfernung vorbei rauscht… Entsprechend die Geräuschkulisse ist vorhanden.

Location was great for exploring Cannes. Our room was excellent with views out to sea, size of room, cleanliness and amenaties all excellent. Service and breakfast great too. Only negative is that it's opposite a train line, though this didn't negatively impact our stay. Free street parking was a bonus.

Fickle people have fickle comments don't be put off by petty negative comments. La Villa is a lovely little hotel in a central location, close to the trappings of the Croisette beach but hidden away enough for the tranquility. Breakfast can be taken inside or the terrace is available up a short flight of stairs. For the price La Villa is a perfect place for a short stay.

The staff is kind and the location is good, just behind the croisette. The room is not very spacious but it has everything you need. Very good the bath products. You can prepare your own coffee/tea in the room. The bed is good and confortable, unfortunately we did not enjoyed the night because of the excessive noise. All night long people come and go, shutting the doors, without any control of the reception. Twice someone tried to enter our room, of course by mistake, but at three in the morning.... No control at all for the reception on all the noise and I was at the first floor. Our room was on the train line, very noisy and there are prostitutes at the end of the street. If you are passing by for one night it could be OK, but I will not come back.
