Hotel les Armoiries

Valbonne itself is absolutely fantastic, a charming, picturesque city that makes for a wonderful destination. The hotel's location within this delightful setting is superb, putting you right in the heart of everything this beautiful Provençal town has to offer.

The management at Hotel Les Armoiries appears completely indifferent to guest comfort and basic hospitality standards. We arrived to dirty sheets with dark stains: an unacceptable welcome to any accommodation. Despite reporting this issue the following morning and receiving assurances that it would be resolved, nothing was done. To make matters worse, housekeeping removed our used towels but failed to provide replacements, leaving us without basic amenities. The lack of available staff to address these fundamental problems, combined with no backup supplies, demonstrates a concerning absence of management oversight and care.

Établissement plein de charme, le personnel est très accueillant et extrêmement professionnel ☺️

Bellissima la piazzetta su cui si affaccia l'hotel, ricca di ristorantini tipici.

In first place Who made this place Hotel then gave it 3 star?!!!! The lift wasn’t working, I found insects every where as well as on bed and when I informed the receptionist one of them said she will follow up the other one after some times called me and said it is what it is we can not control the insects!!!! If they are not capable to do a pest control why they gave star?! I do not trust booking.com any more…. Also in this shitty place there is no lift and no taxi would find it because the road majority of the time is closed as it is too narrow! I asked for iron and they told me that I have to wait because there’s only one iron with one iron board…. Even an Airbnb is much better and you call this HOTEL?! WITH 3 STARS?! You probably don’t know what the star means!!!!

Everything from the bloody location to the bad behaviour of the receptionist and finding insects inside my bed, not having a proper lift to the check out time which I told the receptionist I already paid the city tax and she insist that I didn’t and later I found a receipt of my payment !!! Horrible people horrible place and I never ever ever come back as well as I informed ever single people who I know around me about it specially my friends who love in south France

Givetvis läget mitt i Valbonne. Vänligt mottagande vid ankomst. Hyfsad frukost även om det inte gick att få ägg av något slag.

"Knarrande" hiss som hördes genom hotellet. Duschslang som inte var hel utan sprutade " vid sidan om. Skjutdörr till badrum/toalett som inte var isolerad. Minibar som inte var kall...

Posizione centralissima ma… stare alla larga .

Appena siamo arrivati abbiamo notato puzza di muffa che ci ha accompagnato tutta la notte , la coperta era macchiata in vari punti e non era visibilmente lavata , cuscino sopra letto lercio . Il tutto per 200 euro a notte , stare alla larga

Disorganizzato il personale . Alle 1730 la camera non era ancora stata fatta ho chiesto asciugamani di ricambio e si è scusata .. idem altre camere
