A no frills budget hotel next to a main road on the edge of an industrial estate on the south west outskirts of Toulouse. Easy to access if approaching from the west and there is ample secure parking for guests. Reception staff are friendly. The room and en suite bathroom were basic but clean. Wifi is free and it works. There is a bus stop nearby for access to the city centre (you have to change onto a tram - it takes about an hour). Convenient location (5 minutes walk) from Secret Place TAF music venue which is why I stay here.

Road noise is noticeable - not too much of a problem in some rooms but those facing directly onto the main road could be rather noisy.
