Hotel Victoria is a 10 minute walk from the Castillette and the old town. It has its own, off-street, secure parking, for which there is a small charge. The rooms are reasonably clean, everything seems to work. The two owners are friendly, knowledgable and genial hosts. It's not going to win any prizes but the rooms are good value for money and you won't have any nasty surprises.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here for the Catalan Dragon's Rugby match. The hotel has been totally redecorated and is even better than before. Breakfast was fresh and varied with delicious coffee and fresh juice. The position is perfect for the Stadium (20 mins walk) and the town centre (10 mins walk). We will be back...

The Victoria Hotel doesn't pretend to be anything other than clean, basic accommodation at a price, and I found it perfectly adequate for an overnight stay in central Perpignan. The hotel is a little jaded but clean, the rooms have everything you need, the beds are good enough, the staff friendly and helpful and the basic self-service breakfast is par for the course in hotels of this type. Not a place to go for an extended stay, perhaps, but walking distance from the lovely old section of Perpignan, and it won't break the bank. Wi-fi didn't work in the rooms but was strong in the lobby. Look out for the hotel cat, which occupies a place of privilege at reception.

Don't let the bit of a walk to and from the Cafe de la Poste put you off...it's only about 10 minutes and it's quite quiet and safe, even when you're stumbling home at 4 am. The people here were very friendly and very patient with our non-existent French. Room was immaculate, breakfast was generous, and a nice treat was the very friendly (and lazy) lobby cat who enjoyed being pet. This is a good value hotel, and having secure on-site parking is a nice bonus too.

Vi var bara på genomresa och stannade endast en natt. Rummet var rent och fräscht om än i minsta laget -vi hade ett fyrbäddsrum = en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Frukosten var inte värd pengarna, men det som fanns i buffén var helt ok.

Hôtel bien rénové.. Nous avons eu une belle chambre, exactement comme sur les photos.. Accès à un parking fermé très utile. Accueil charmant, propriétaires très sympathiques. Seul point négatif, hôtel à rue qui est fréquentée et un peu bruyante.

Accueil au top! Chambre bien aménagée mais bruyante. Parking un peu à l'étroit. Je garde un bon souvenir de mon séjour.
