Rien

Très déçue par notre séjour. La douche fuyait dans la chambre. Au petit-déjeuner, arrivé à 9h30, il ne restait pratiquement plus rien. Le personnel était particulièrement désagréable. Une panne d’électricité est survenue et le grille-pain était hors service. Une serveuse a même fait une remarque en disant que « tout avait été dévalisé », comme si les clients n’avaient pas payé leur petit-déjeuner. Une autre employée a utilisé des grossièretés lors de la coupure de courant, ce qui nous a beaucoup surpris. Nous avons trouvé le professionnalisme du personnel très insuffisant. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un hôtel. Très déçus et choqués.

Omdat kamer erg naar rook stonk kregen we upgrade naar superior kamer, goed geregeld. In weekend restaurant dicht maar genoeg restaurants rondom hotel.

Airco ging automatisch uit bij temperatuur bereikt maar dan niet meer aan . Ergens in kamer vreemd brom geluid ieder kwartier lijkt van een luchtverfrisser ofzo te komen. Hotel heeft wat aandacht nodig . Voor doorreis hotel wel ok.
