"Exceptional"

We stayed at the château for two nights at the very end of June, in the Coriandre room—and it was absolutely fantastic! The property itself is nestled on gorgeous, expansive grounds with manicured gardens, a lovely swimming pool, and an ambiance that feels both timeless and delightfully welcoming. We arrived past midnight after a long drive from Segovia, but thanks to the clear and thoughtful check-in instructions we received earlier in the day, everything went smoothly. We had no trouble finding parking or accessing our room. The room was stunning—beautifully styled and equipped with everything we needed, from a hair dryer to a portable fan that came in handy on warm nights. Every detail was considered to make guests feel at ease and at home. It was truly a bittersweet moment when it came time to leave. We would love to return and spend more time soaking in the peace and magic of this unforgettable place.

"Handy stop off near Biarritz with friendly and helpful staff"

Pretty building close to Biarritz and good place to stop off. The restaurant was closed but we had a very nice light dinner served on the terrace.

The first room we had was in the hunting lodge. It is contemporary and not to our taste ( we are quite ancient..) and our sheets felt a bit damp probably as the hot weather had just broken. The hotel moved us to a lovely room in the main hotel which was very comfortable. No a.c but a very efficient and quiet fan which we preferred.

Not much!

Smelled of urine from first step into lobby and throughout thereafter. Restaurant was closed. Paint peeling off everywhere. Towels were old and stained. Air on was only very weak and unit was HOT.

Beautiful 1902 chateau with beautiful grounds and comfortable rooms

Close to town 10 min drive to the promenade Free Parking Breakfast was very nice Service extraordinaire! ❤️💋💋💋 Ooh la la 😃❤️🇫🇷
