"Chambre non conforme à la réservation"

A croire que de passer par Hôtels.com pour réserver un hôtel est égal à l'attribution d'une chambre bas de gamme. Si ristourne il y a pour l'achat de nuitées, il est d'usage aux hôteliers de réserver des chambres bien moins placées ou de seconde classe aux internautes. En effet, à plusieurs reprises, l'attribution des chambres ne correpondait pas du tout à l'attente garantit lors de la réservation. Dommage.

Chambre propre, agréable et confortable. Le petit ventilateur ajouté et la bouteille d'eau fraiche offerte à l'arrivee nous ont permis de nous rafraichir un peu après une journée de grosse canicule. Equipe très accueillante et professionnelle. Seul (petit) regret : un peu choix un peu limité en salé pour le petit déjeuner (il manquerait des oeufs) mais rien d'inhabituel pour un 2 étoiles

Bien qu’un peu exiguë pour trois adultes, la chambre était propre et agréable. L’accueil était parfait. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : pain frais et croissants excellents, fruits, yaourts, confiture, miel, jus d’orange et pamplemousse, brioche, fromage, charcuterie…Royal !

Nous avons découvert la ville de Blois magnifique avec ses petites ruelles du moyen âge et ses squares perchés accompagnant ce beau château. La Loire en contrebas qui offre chaque jour un dépaysement. Les petits restaurants sympas. Les châteaux à quelques kilomètres. A découvrir!
