Staff in every department were cheerful, polite and helpful Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and good value for money

It seemed odd to have only one towel per person although the grand chaleur clearly aided the drying process. Equally there was only one pillow per person per bed! I would normally have specified 2 on booking but clearly overlooked this time! The restaurant server/manager did an excellent job of serving quite a lot of people on his own. In my opinion he was overstretched and could have done with some assistance. On arrival it was unclear where the hotel actually was! Maybe I am not too bright but i walked past 2 or 3 times before rersolving this problem. Maybe a new sign making this much clearer?

Très déçu de la non information sur le non droit de se garer sur le parking situé juste devant l’hôtel le jeudi. En effet, étant en déplacement professionnel et n‘étant absolument pas de la région, je n’avais pas la connaissance d’un marché tous les jeudis. Bien qu’une pancarte l’indique, nous n’avons pas toujours forcément l’œil au bon endroit. Résultat = voiture emmenée le lendemain à la fourrière. J’ai donc pris contact avec l’hôtel immédiatement et j’ai bien eu la confirmation que la réceptionniste aurait dû me prévenir et cela n’a pas été fait. Je n’ai à ce jour reçu aucun geste de l’hôtel de dédommagement. Décevant.

Comfortable room and Air con was a big bonus in he heat wave. Staff were all very nice people. Breakfast was ok once you unraveled it all, could have benefited from having somebody permanently there to assist

Nowhere near enough staff! The staff there were great and running around like crazy but it was very difficult to get served at the bar, or order food. After waiting nearly an hour to place a food order we were told it was no longer possible. By this time it was too late to go elsewhere for dinner. The overarching issue was a lack of staff by miles. The ones they had were great but constantly under pressure!

Emplacement. Propreté, accueil. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Chambre propre mais sans charme alors que l'extérieur a beaucoup de charme.

Joli hôtel traditionnel, le personnel est très aimable, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Calme, nous y avons très bien dormi.
