Hotel La Badia

We stayed in La Badia in 2010 and have always wanted to return. We were not disappointed! It is a lovely, traditional family run hotel. A beautiful building set in delightful gardens with glorious views of the Bay of Naples. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable and had a terrace. The continental breakfast was simple but plentiful. Surprisingly, the short cut into Sorrento was not as steep as we remembered and we are in our mid seventies! However, it might be a challenge for some people. It is a lovely walk with views of the bay. Thank you to Maria and all her friendly, helpful staff. We look forward to returning in 2027.

Zeer sobere kamers, zeer karig ontbijt en niet fris.

Juste le débit limité de la Wi-Fi

The views were amazing and the staff were very helpful. The pool was gorgeous (but a little too deep, I couldn’t touch the bottom)

The climb back up the hill to the hotel was extremely difficult, the buses were very unreliable and the bus stop was on a very dangerous road. No food available if you arrive after 3pm and no restaurants close by.

Quarto confortavel e com vista maravilhosa do mar e da cidade!!! Cafe da manha muito completo e com muitas variedades de alimentos, podendo se alimentar a vontade! Funcionarios davam orientacoes do proprio hotel e de locais pra visitar ou se alimentar na cidade!

Falta colocar uma tela pra mosquito nos qtos superiores; os qtos inferiores tem, mas os superiores ainda nao!!!

The staff were excellent! Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous with lovely coffee. The view from the restaurant was stunning. Lastly the pool was delightful. Overall the stay was fantastic!

The walk was tricky for an older person but the view made up for it 😊
