La struttura gode senza dubbio di un panorama magnifico ed è immersa in un contesto naturale davvero suggestivo. Abbiamo però riscontrato alcuni disguidi legati alla descrizione della camera su Booking: fortunatamente Eleonora, a differenza del proprietario, si è dimostrata estremamente gentile ed educata, intervenendo subito per risolvere la situazione. Lo stesso vale per un altro piccolo inconveniente legato ad alcuni alimenti lasciati in frigorifero: anche in quel caso Eleonora si è attivata immediatamente con grande disponibilità.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non risulta affatto giustificato. Per le cifre richieste ci si aspetterebbe servizi da resort di lusso, ma la realtà è ben diversa: la cucina del ristorante è deludente, la pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare, i servizi sono praticamente inesistenti (il bar della piscina, ad esempio, è sempre chiuso), la piscina, seppur scenografica, ha una temperatura dell’acqua talmente fredda che risulta impossibile fare il bagno anche con 37 gradi esterni. In definitiva, non aspettatevi più di un semplice agriturismo con stanze belle, ma sporche e con prezzi da struttura di lusso: se partite con questa consapevolezza, potreste comunque trovarlo piacevole, ma diversamente rischiate una forte delusione. Tutto davvero molto bello: borgo, camera enorme, bagno, piscine. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale. Gli animali domestici sono ben accolti. Vicino al paese di Gaiole in Chianti ma anche ad altre località.
