Our two apartments are independent of the hotel: they are located in another district of the intramuros, the Carmes district, on Carreterie Street. The two apartments occupy the same small two-story stone building, without elevator.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. "Good location and lovely hotel"

The hotel has a lovely backyard where we had breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was a bit small but not a big deal as we only spent the evenings there. The shower was great. We hired a car, so having a place to park, albeit paid, was great. The location is perfect and if you stay there, make sure you visit rue des Teinturiers which is only 5 minutes from the hotel and it is a hidden gem!

"A lovely spot to stay, just inside the city wall"

Our room opened out on to the terrace which had shade most of the day - lovely. The person on reception was always very friendly and helpful.
