Extremely pleasant staff. Very friendly. Loved the location as well.....very easy to walk. I believe that this is typical for Greece - but there were numerous booths close by to buy bottled water and other items. We didn't partake of the breakfast buffet but it was offered. Checking in and out was done with relative ease.

needs new carpet and general renovation. Staff is ok, and breakfast is nice.

Love this place. Everything I needed , I got. Early checked in at 7 am was unbelievable. English staff and all were very helpful like a good team work. Good location. Clean. Good breakfast. I was very happy and will be back.

Nice hotel, good location. Balconies on room with great views. Stayed in Superior room which was large and comfy. Staff was helpful. Thought it was a very good value for the money. Breakfast was OK though not great and they made you pay for any internet. Could not print boarding passes but overall would recommend based on room, location and value.

Staff was courteous, helpful and sympathetic. They did what they could to accomodate us even though [...] did not inform them of our reservation. We were put out of the hotel after two nights, since they were fully booked.

It was a problem that the air conditioning was turned off, despite rather hot weather (for us from the northern part of Europe), and the staff seemed not to bother about this, despite requests about turning it on. This turned out troublesome during night, both I and my college (in another room) had problems with sleeping.

Very ordinary but exactly what you would expect. Would gladly use it again. Stay somewhere else if you have a car......parking very difficult
