Soula Naxos

The staff were so lovely and the room was very comfortable with amazing air conditioning. The laundry system was much appreicated and the beach nearby was perfect. It was an amazing stay

I enjoyed my time at Soula Hotel. Petros was warm and welcoming, and gave me a ride to/from the ferry port. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and the main city center. I had a great time on Naxos and would stay at Soula again!

The room was very comfortable. The only thing is that the shower is very small. Mention aside for Petros, he was really very kind, professional and helped us in everything during our stay. Soula is a place to recommend.

Fick vid problem med läge av rum / lgh ( bl.a för många trappor) byta till bättre rum/ lgh för mig. Hämtades / kördes till flygplats utan problem, väl och trevligt bemötande. Mycket bra läge vid strand och närhet till Naxos stad.

The hotel was very clean and in a great spot 10 min walk from the central port, 1 min from a beach, and still in a relatively quiet and calm part of town. A staff member was always present at the entrance and available to answer our questions happily. Food and car rental options were just around the corner. We used our top floor patio every evening to enjoy the views and relax.

THIEVES robbed our family while we slept in our hotel room at Soula Hotel Naxos. STAY AWAY! Stayed two nights. On the second day we took a guided tour and I left my purse with cash and credit cards in our hotel room. The cleaning lady came in our room while we were out and made the beds. That evening we returned to the hotel and then walked to town. That night we feel asleep in our room and woke up in the early morning. While we slept, ROBBERS entered our studio hotel room through the locked front door with a KEY and stole our luggage, purses, cash, passports, and personal belongings. No sign of forced entry. Front door and windows were closed. The police arrived and a report was filed. The hotel did not apologize. The receptionist was distant and unconcerned. I asked a hotel staff member if anything like this had ever happened, and they remained silent. According to the locals, Naxos is safe. Soula Hotel does NOT have any video security cameras, or a magnetic key entry to the hotel rooms. The guest rooms are down a breeze way that has access to different rooms. While we slept, the criminals opened our hotel door with the key and stole everything they wanted! A nightmare!

Good Hotel easy walk from the port. The shuttle to the airport was easy and everything felt very safe. It isn't far from the bus stop which was nice
