We stayed here for a bachelor party, and the location was absolutely perfect for it. The staff was highly reliable, the breakfast was great, and the pool terrace was a fantastic spot to sit back and have a few drinks. Just a heads-up: it's probably not the best place for families with young kids, as the neighboring venue (Palm Beach Club) is incredibly loud until 3 or 4 AM. Overall, we had a great stay with good food. Anything that might have been annoying was completely out of the hotel's control anyway.

our only minor complaint is that we wished the terrace had stayed open a bit longer.

Breakfast had many options. The sea view was great. The receptionists and staff during breakfast were nice. Generally, I would say this is a good low budget option for someone visiting Crete for its night life or trips around the island. Definitely wouldn't recommend it to someone who enjoys staying in a nice hotel, sleeping in a nice bed, relaxing in the room as well as outside.

Not even off season saves you as the people owning the Palm Beach bar next doors blast extremely loud music any day and night even when the place is empty. From approximately 11 PM to 5:30, even 6 AM. I read some reviews complaining about this but was thinking I would be fine, I dont have trouble falling asleep and it's off season. Boy was I wrong... The music is so loud and overwhelming you have to sleep with ear buds in and still the sleep is poor quality. The bed was hard and there were only sheet covers even on cold days. I asked for a blanket at the reception and received a blanket I would hardly give a dog to sleep on. Sorry to be harsh but it didnt feel clean or visibly pleasing. I didnt like the smell of the room at all.. I hated the bathroom, I felt the ick to take a shower or touch the shower curtain. Also, the cleaning lady has never once vacuumed or deep cleaned the room even though I stayed 4 days. There was the same sand that fell from my scarf the moment I arrived for all 4 days, completely untouched. She also stopped making the bed after the first day, only left clean towels and sheets on the bed folded or in bow shapes which ok... but I would rather have the bed made. Overall, I really didnt feel good there and wouldnt come again, I actually left a day early even though I prepaid my stay and would prefer to leave the first night... I feel bad leaving a bad review given the nice receptionists but I can't be dishonest...
