GBLocation,staff, decor, clientele- we feel it’s better for older travellers and not for families with young children. Staff are exceptional. Food and beverage are a great standard. Some reviewers suggest the decor is dated, we disagree, it’s of a style that suits the ambiance and layout. Rooms cleaned daily, grounds maintained well. This was our second stay and will return next year- they have many returning guests which speaks volumes-please don’t change!
Had a large lovely room but with an adjoining door, will seek to avoid that next year

DKThe setting with garden and trees/flowers is nice. The facilities are generally good for kids. The people around the property are generally very kind and also helpful.
The overall standard is not that high. For instance the pool tends to be somewhat crowded and not so clean. Also too much smoking around the pool area. The ‘normal’ issue with reserved sun beds is also prevalent here. The breakfast is sub-par with too much pre-made food (but small kids like it though) - so we did not feel like having lunch or dinner there. Lastly, I will mention that the location is a bit off, it’s quite a walk to beach/tavernas and the city is almost prohibitively far for walking. Out of our 5 hotels/locations in Greece during summer 2023 this was the most expensive but also the place we liked the least so will rate it 3/5.

HROverall, it was a very good experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and attended to throughout our stay. The resort itself offered a range of amenities that ensured a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The accommodations were clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. While they might not have been as luxurious as those found in higher-rated resorts, they still exceeded my expectations and met my basic needs. One aspect that stood out was the resort's facilities. The pool was clean and inviting, offering a refreshing escape from the warm weather. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious meals, providing a convenient and satisfying dining experience. Although the resort might not have had all the bells and whistles of a top-tier establishment, it was evident that the management had put effort into ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The customer service was attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries I had during our stay.
While the resort may not have been the epitome of luxury, it provided a solid experience that left me with a positive impression. Honestly, the worst thing for me was the bed, the mattress was to soft and bunkie boards were just falling off.
