Hotel Platanista

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Platanista hotel! Everything was very nice! Staff is extra nice and professional. Food was exellent!

Beautiful hotel, excellent food, well-kept surroundings and superb swimming pools, comfortable room, very friendly staff.

Couldn’t fault this hotel. From the staff to the amenities and cleanliness, everything was top notch. Felt very well looked after and any question we had was answered by the very friendly staff. I’m not normally one for the entertainment section at hotels, but I must admit that the entertainment here put a smile on my face. We walked most days to the old Kos Town, but the hotel will happily arrange a taxi if needs be, which we did in fact use for an evening to watch the sunset in Zia. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Kos.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and did the best to make us enjoy the offered services. At the restaurant there was a wide choice for breakfast and dinner, not always of a mediterranean cousine tough. The room was comfortable and daily cleaned, we appreciated it very much.

I can't fault the property. It's clean comfortable and a good selection of food. The drinks are expensive but that's expected of a hotel. The walk to the beach you have to be super careful, as the walk down from the hotel is very narrow and on that lane is a vehicle hire company and coaches and cars are up and down there every minute. You have to cross a major road to get to the pebbled beach, if you have kids it's mega dangerous. The beaches are man made with brought in sand and the walk into the sea is very bad as the beach is made of large stones. Wrong side of the island really if you have children.

Personale gentile e cortese. Noi avevamo mezza pensione e vi era sempre varia scelta giornaliera (essendo i pasti a buffet). Camera pulita ogni giorno e letto king molto comodo e spazioso.

Modern rooms, nice hotel.

Dinner only in pants mandate is a bit much, shoes maybe, but pants in july is a bit much. 😉
