Location and staff.

My wife and I spent two nights in this glorious spot and regretted not staying longer. Super breakfast and lovely views.

Beautiful property, lovely pool and fantastic breakfasts. Our room was on the end with a view of the mountain and very private terrace - huge space well air conditioned (it was 32 degrees during our stay).

The property is set well back from the road several hundred metres, so not noisy, but the road is very busy as it is the main route to Alcudia and Pollenca - turning left onto the road was very difficult as the traffic is constant - and turning back in was also tricky if coming from the coast.

The properties and gardens are beautiful and simple with lovely planting, leaving you feeling very relaxed and calm. The view is wonderful and the main house and rooms are well kept. I would not classify this as a hotel and as such it is expensive. Breakfast was not included to our surprise, so we paid the extra 15 euro per person per day. It was a good breakfast with good selection of fresh fruit, cereals, many bread options, eggs, bacon, and cake. You could order a crepe and or freshly cooked eggs or omelette, a good offering. There were 3 coffee machines however all served lower than average coffee for the 3 of us who enjoyed coffee. You had to serve yourself for everything, and I had to ask for non dairy milk alternative everyday. One of our friends was celiac and was brought gluten free bread and cake every day which was god. Sometimes though there was no cake and she was brought shop bought biscuits and bread instead. Staff were very friendly and very happy to bring me the milk, but tedious that this was not a standard offer already laid out for all. The website we used said there is a snack bar and restaurant. There is in fact not really any offer of food until the evening. Staff reluctant to offer lunch, and the there are no drink options through the day other than the kettle in your room and tea bags. There are no snacks available. We had to ask for the milk to be replenished in the room for tea. The evening meal offer was very limited and not value for money. We had a junior suite and the room was spacious with 2 chairs, good amount of wardrobe space and a good bathroom. The pool was lovely, but not enough provision for shade, though I accept that most are not looking for shade. For us the absence of any offer of drinks in the day, [with the exception of the room mini bar], and not enough shade was an issue and we spent most of the days out exploring when I would have liked to have had at least 1 day by the pool. It felt like the equivalent of a UK Bed and Breakfast rather than Hotel and for £200 per night plus breakfast I did not think this was value for money. If the issues we had above are not a problem for you then you would love the experience as in all other aspects it is a beautiful relaxing environment.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s authentic, the people are extremely kind, the house had everything we needed and the location is just what we hoped for. It’s quite, beautiful and close to beaches and cute villages. Can’t wait to come here again. For the practical part: every room has its own airconditioning, the kitchen has everything you need, enough space and the terrace is really nice.

Disappointing Experience I rarely write reviews, but after my recent experience at Agriturismo son siurana I felt compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, I was let down. Upon checking in, the receptionist was completely uninterested and not welcoming at all. I understand that sometimes hotel staff can be busy, but the lack of attention, customer service and professionalism was shocking. When we finally made it to my room, the smell was unbearable. It had a musty, foul odor that only worsened with the air conditioning on. After some investigation, we discovered that the source of the stench was a dead bird trapped in the air conditioning vent. Absolutely disgusting. The receptionist advised that she would try to solve the problem and would be back to us. We were left sitting outside the room for 30mins and no one returned to us. We sought the maintenance staff who informed us about the problem. The receptionist did not return to us or communicate with us. I went back to the front desk, but by then, the receptionist had already gone home and had not informed other colleagues of the problem. The replacement staff were sympathetic but unfortunately unable to do anything since the hotel was fully booked, and no one could provide a solution to the problem right away. This lack of customer service and proper management was extremely frustrating. To make things even worse, when I checked in, our passports was not returned to us. Thankfully, other staff members later resolved the issue and found the passports in the photocopier but it added yet another layer of stress. We had no other option but to leave and book different accommodation. In the end, we were left disappointed, frustrated, and definitely not impressed with the level of service or attention to detail in this well reviewed hotel. We expected much more for the price paid, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience.
