The host was very responsive and when an issue occured she arranged alternative accomodations for a night. Her apartment is like walking back in time 100 years with antique furnishings and 13' high ceilings. Veruly comfortable and easy walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment in Palermo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s in a great location too, close to local shops, restaurants, and all the charm that Palermo has to offer. What truly made my stay special was the host. They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive — always available if I had a question or needed a recommendation.

Ho avuto un’esperienza bellissima in questo posto, in questa casa. Perché è più casa che hotel. Avevo due camere, una camera tipo salotto con cucina tavolo sofà e poi la stanza da letto e due bagni pure! La casa stessa è in un palazzo del quattrocento ed entri dall’arco dei Cartari che è molto bello. I mobili sono antichi ma è tutto anche molto moderno, pulito e comodissimo. Ma è la signora, la proprietaria che è così splendida, molto molto gentile. Non vedo l’ora di tornare qui un giorno perché mi ha veramente dato felicità stare in questo posto. I had a wonderful experience at this place, in this home. Because it is more home than hotel. I had two rooms, a living room type room with kitchen , table and sofa and then the bedroom and two bathrooms as well. The house itself is in a fifteenth century building and you enter from the Cartari arch which is very beautiful. The furniture is antique but everything is also very modern, clean and and comfortable. But the lady, the owner is so wonderful, so very very kind. I can't wait to come back here one day it really made me happy staying here!

Huge room with private entrance onto a shared courtyard. Very cool. Excellent location in a charming part of Palermo. Very quiet for city centre.

It’s historical building and nicely decorated. Location wise, it’s right at the centre. It’s easily accessible to all the places where we have to go.

The WiFi is weak. Water level will be affected if showers are on-going at the same time in both bathrooms.

The photos are a bit misleading. I booked this place after seeing the beautiful space with high ceilings, antique statues, and large sofas. But in reality, the area provided for guests is on the ground floor and includes a bed and one sofa. All the lovely statues and large sofas are on the upper floor, where the host lives. The kitchen is also not shared – in your room, you’ll only have a kettle and a small coffee machine. Spacious enough for three people. It's an old historic building in the heart of the city. Overall, the place is quite unique. Beautiful furniture, interesting details. Very clean! The host is kind, welcoming, and always available to answer questions. The accommodation is located in the lively Palermo neighbourhood, full of bars and restaurants. At night, it gets crowded with young people, and in the morning, restaurants open, trash is collected, and so on. It’s very noisy, so getting a good night’s sleep can be difficult. But if you’re looking to enjoy the nightlife, it’s a great location. Keep in mind that the building is old, so it’s damp and chilly inside. There are also mosquitoes. The host provides one electric repellent, but it’s not enough. Unfortunately, our expectations for the stay weren’t fully met

If one wants something different this is the place.

Perfect for four people. Clean, comfortable beds, still and sparkling water provided, good location, multiple gates/doors to unlock and access apartment. Rosi was helpful and kind.

Faucet and shower head weren’t great - both sprayed water in directions that caused the floor to often get wet. We simply put towels down to keep floor from getting wet and slippery.
