Las instalaciones medias antiguas, no funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado, y el teléfono no funcionó nunca, pedimos que lo arreglaran, pero no lo hicieron.

Personal muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar, pero en general no fue una buena experiencia para nosotros, ya que teníamos otras expectativas a nivel de infraestructura. Se podría rescata la ubicación que quedaba a algunos minutos caminando de zonas turísticas.

Nos tocó una habitación con un baño que con suerte entraba una persona de pie y sin ventilación de ningún tipo, por lo que tenia muchísimo olor a humedad. Tuvimos que pagar extra por un "upgrade" en el lugar para poder tener un baño y habitación un poco más amplios para estar algo más cómodos. Para acceder a las habitaciones se debía caminar por un pasillo oscuro y feo, sin ventanas y estrecho, que no daba una buena impresión, seria bueno trabajar en la iluminación y decoración de esa zona. Y el Wifi no nos funcionaba correctamente en ninguna de las dos habitaciones y no llegaba mucha señal de teléfono. El aire acondicionado tampoco enfriaba mucho y sonaba muchísimo entonces era complejo poder dormir bien.
