Lo que me gustó mas fue la cama ,era bastabte espaciosa y muy cómoda,y la distribución de la habitación.

Lo que no me gustó fue que escogí una habitación con hidromasaje y luego no funcionaba , no se si era por el mando que no tenia pilas o por el hidromasaje ,considero que efectúe un importe considerable por una noche por una habitación con hidromasaje que por eso mismo la escogí y fue una decepción que no funcionase. Por lo demas bien. Estaría bien que el personal revisase estas cosas antes de que un huésped entre en la habitación y que este 100% en condiciones contratadas, siempre los imprevistos pueden surgir lógicamente, fueron amables en todo momento.

Stayed for a weekend. Excellent location! Within walking distance to most relevant places. It's ideal for someone who's been to Madrid before and wants a convenient base to explore a different side of the city. The property seems to be a remodeled apartment. I was moved to a bigger room due to an issue with the shower head but the original room was nice as well. The staff are nice and always available.

Mi aspettavo di più! Le luci non si possono accendere separatamente. Mancava il dentifricio. Per la colazione la macchina del caffè espresso del bar non funzionava. La macchinetta del caffè in camera era posizionata in una zona senza la presa. Solo due cialde disponibili. Vi è un telo per videoproiettare ma non vi è tracci del videoproiettore. Schermo della TV piccolo.
