L’établissement Millenn est très bien situé à deux pas de la gare de Bologne centrale. Le cœur historique se rejoint en une quinzaine de minutes à pied. Le personnel a été très sympathique et a répondu favorablement à nos demandes ( plan et guide de la ville, produits pour l’hygiène manquants )

Il existe de nombreux axes d’amélioration possible ex : nous avions un lit pour 2 personnes et en réalité c’était 2 matelas rapprochés ( dont un vieux et très bruyant) La moquette dans la chambre n’est pas très hygiénique ( certaines chambres ont du parquet car nous avions des amis qui étaient dans une autre chambre) Le sol des escaliers est très beau entre le rdc et le premier étage mais ensuite pas très propre, le plafond de la salle de bain était tout écaillé

Dejligt imødekommende personale. Og specielt kaffe-baristaen ved morgenmaden var god. Generelt god rengøring. god senge-komfort.

Godt slidt hotel. Aircon kunne ikke komme under 23 grader! Receptionist beklagede dog dette. Brusekabine var oprindeligt med massagestråler. Alle defekte. Og taget på brudekabine var ved at falde ned. Nogle stikkontakter var defekte. Elendigt tv-signal.

Hotel's main advantage is location near the station - on very "suitcase-wheelable" marble paving. (BUT need to take the narrow corridor near the excellent Dispensa Emilia self-service cafe (West End), go up West side of Via Giovanni Amendola (smoothest paving) opp station entrance and turn left first crossroads: NB all this is *not* on the side of the station where the Airport Train comes in.) Staff at the hotel are helpful, rooms clean and there is a lift. (Some other hotels in the area have no lifts no manned reception desk.) I did not eat breakfast.

No kettle - which used to be a common problem in Italy but no longer is. (Although the hotel does not claim to have kettles, having to bring one's own just for one hotel is still a nuisance!) Room was dark even on a sunny day, with a depressing brown decor looking left over from the 1970s. Late checkout is abnormally expensive - although a good thing that it is available.
