we liked and enjoyed every single thing about Casa Bellavista. starting from the location, to the wonderful hosting, the beautiful house, cosy room and the great food. Simonetta is really kind and willing to help and provide information about whatever we needed or asked.

everything was just amazing - the room, the location, the view! It feels like the perfect movie scene when you look around. The owner Simonetta so kind and welcoming. It is a must to stay even for a night if you are traveling to Tuscany! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Nothing you could wish more for. This is the best view of Tuscany. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing we did not want to leave. The hostess is wonderful and accommodating. The views are spectacular. The food and wine are splendid.

Wonderful hostess who really cared about our comfort

We spent 3 nights in the Camera Rosa room, which has French doors out to the terrace overlooking the beautiful grounds and countryside. Simonetta was an attentive and welcoming hostess. We requested a dinner for our first night-and it was fantastic-complete with homemade pasta and a delicious flourless chocolate cake for dessert that I requested the next day for breakfast-and she provided it! The buffet breakfast has something for everyone and includes homemade cakes and breads as well as more traditional offerings.There are 2 dogs and 3 cats that live at Bellavista-we even let one of the cats visit our room! (Strictly our choice!) The room was fitted with lovely antique furniture and the bathroom had a wonderful shower. The location is a little off the beaten path, but only 20 minutes from Cortona and an hour from Perugia-and there are many other charming hilltop Tuscan villages within an easy drive.

What an unbelievable place. The quintessential Tuscan home with friendly and hospitable hosts. Will return and highly recommend. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I think the back yard is gorgeous with such attention to the garden flowers! The neighborhood is picturesque and quiet, with a view of Cortona.

We travelled from Florence here and really had a lovely time here, food great hospitality great, and a really friendly place with lovely views and great home cooked food. We were very happy there, and would recommend it to anyone that loves peace and quiet and beautiful country views 😄

Remote location surounded by farms. We had a problem with flies getting into the room.

Beautiful location, serene and quiet.

It was wonderful. The house is in beautiful country and is furnished and decorated to be very homey. The scenery is outstanding. Tuscany is beautiful in September. Simonetta is the owner and proprietor and by the end of our week's stay, she felt like family. There is a delicious breakfast each morning at which other boarder's may be present. A highlight of the stay was a cooking class with Simonetta in which we made a mult-course meal including pasta from scratch in her kitchen.
