"Nettes Personal, aber insgesamt passte für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht"

Die Anlage war an sich total schön, das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, die Einrichtung war liebevoll und modern. Leckeres Frühstück in schönem Ess-Saal.

Leider war das Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung relativ dreckig (Staub unter Bett und Sofa, Dusche und Abfluss nicht richtig sauber). Mit kleinen Kindern die krabbeln leider echt schwierig. Außerdem standen Zahnputzbecher von den Gästen davor im Bad, das Geschirr war dreckig im Schrank, die Teflon-Pfanne war sehr zerkratzt, die Bialetti hatte keinen Dichtungsring, es gab kein Geschirrtuch oder Besen…alles für den Preis echt etwas schade. Pizza/Barbecue Abende für die Gäste sind an sich eine schöne Idee, aber viel zu teuer. Leider ist auch keine Waschmaschine vorhanden und der Wäscheservice war VIEL zu teuer. Insgesamt passte für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht.

Il borgo è molto carino, il posto è molto tranquillo pur essendo vicino a Chiusi e alla provinciale. Tutto è immerso nel verde, ampi spazi.

Ordine e pulizia degli spazi esterni e della piscina, tutto dava l'idea di mancanza di cura di una struttura che potrebbe aspirare a molto di più. La colazione era di molto sotto le aspettative.

Super gepflegte Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal

Keine Möglichkeit zum Abendessen obwohl dies beim Check in so gesagt wurde bzw. auch auf der Seite mit Restaurant beworben wird. Mittags gab es Essen, allerdings sehr teuer für recht kleine Portionen.

ha degli spazzi molto belli. è il classico borghetto immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. siamo stati una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene: la struttura dispone di piscina (un po’ fredda per quel periodo ma okay) e di un ristorante interno. sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno permesso di noleggiare anche il barbecue per poterlo fare
