Appartamento su due piani, buio, con poca luce naturale. Bagno senza finestre e con la luce dello specchio rotta, era davvero illuminato male e non è riusciti a truccarsi e sistemarsi lì . Scale e gradini non lo rendono adatto a chi ha bambini piccoli.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. You can sit outside in the gardens with views over to Siena. It is a fair walk into the city. A series of escalators help but it's not very scenic as they are indoors. The rooms are a good size and beds are comfy. The gardens and outside space is very nice.

We had trouble with our toilet cistern which was reported on the first morning but was not fixed for the duration. These is insufficient storage in the rooms (villa 1). We had most of our clothes piled on a wooden box at the end of the bed. Although plentiful, breakfast was fair. The scrambled eggs seemed to be made in the microwave.

Ruhige Lage etwas ausserhalb. Zentrum zu Fuss (und mit den Rolltreppen am Bahnhof) in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Personnel très agréable, accueil et service parfaits. La chambre est spacieuse est propre et le cadre de l’hôtel est très joli. Petit déjeuner avec choix divers et variés proposés sur un carte.
