"Absolutely perfect staff and location, but with a hard product, which though great, needs updating."

The staff was absolutely perfect in every way! Extremely kind, professional, gracious and transmitted a feeling of classic service that is very rarely found today. Truly as perfect as it gets!

The hotel generally feels like a hotel which was once exceptional but has over time not been updated sufficiently over time. Some of the rooms seem to be updated, and very nicely so, but others not. The common spaces in the hotel - from lobby to bar and restaurant, would benefit greatly from such an investment. Considering the absolutely location and the amazing staff, the hotel's hard product deserves being invested in. The only marked downside, which could definitely be improved on for such a property, was the breakfast. Could definitely be better.

"Lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful city."

This was our second stay at Bristol and we absolutely loved it. Everything was perfectly clean, the room was large and comfortable, water in the room in glass bottles, the view of the fortress is breathtaking. We also needed to change our reservation on the day of due to the weather, and Gabriele was were very understanding and lovely.

No complaints.

Breakfast is very good and fast

Last evening the staff declined me parking. Even though for the last day car was parked 15-00 to 19-00 , for the salivate 60 eur, then I left the hotel at 19-00 and when got back from the horse jumping event at 23-00 I have been told by staff to go look for the parking in the garage or in the city by myself. I had a bottle of wine at the event, the car had been seven times the hotel by my friends wife who was sober, and I have been shocked by indifference and stupidity of hotel staff offering me to sit drunk to drive and find parking . This is unacceptable and refers to *** but not *****. Next time in Salzburg I will stay at Sacher hotel
