Unkomplizierz und nahe am Hauptbahnhof

The room was a good size. Sound proofing was pretty good. Bathroom was large. Staff kindly supplied a second chair and iron/board. Reception is very helpful and English is well spoken.

Fittings in the bathroom could be upgraded

Location was very central

Not value for money. Asked for a creamer for coffee never got even after 2 days. The napkins in 1 room were thrreadbare. Told them to replace those but not done.

Very convenient location across the street from the main train station. With all buses and trams taking you anywhere in the city. The rooms are larger than normal , Ac works well, a little noisy; the water pressure in the shower is great. A nice bonus is the view from the breakfast buffet on the 15th floor. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. We got local bus and tram passes included with the room .

The furnishings could use an update.
