I like hotel

We didn’t like staff knowledge about parking, no knowledge about city attraction, no help from any question. First info. from staff was - no parking on site and we have to park faraway from hotel. Overnight parking we pay 42 euros. Look like scams for parking. We have to pay extra taxes what we pay on line doing booking. All booking was like - we are lover class customers because we done booking from booking.com First time we feel like that. Hotel is very good but staff very poor experience

Rooms were spacious It was in a quiet neighbourhood if you want peace

Doesn’t even provide basic facilities of a 2 star hotel let alone the rating claimed If you’re travelling in summer, please stay away from this hotel as the rooms were very hot and the ACs don’t work at all. When complained about the room temperature the staff was v rude and said we can’t help you open your windows. They don’t have have pedestal fans available WiFi doesn’t work at all and the mobile data around that area is slow There’s no telephone in the room so for even smallest of questions, you would have to walk all the way to the lobby The biggest turn off was the rude staff. They were behaving like they’re doing a favour of letting stay Hotel is far away from the city centre with no restaurants or grocery stores nearby. There is a bus stand nearby but bus timings are no reliable post 7 pm so in case you want to go out after evening, it will be difficult Overall I’d ask never to book this hotel
