Trotz Veranstaltung im Messezentrum und offensichtlich extrem guter Buchungslage Personalmässig unterbesetzt Lange Wartezeit bei Check INN Lange Wartezeit beim Abendessen Um 22:00 nur eine Person in der Bar bei vollbesetzter Bar Frühstücksbuffett unterdurchschnittlich Brot war noch kalt von Gefrierschrank

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. (Wasserspritzer am Spiegel im Bad, sehr staubig) Das Personal in der Bar am Abend war maximal überfordert und unfreundlich. Eine Frechheit wenn der Kellner sagt „Für einen Cocktail hab ich jetzt keine Zeit“
