The location was great, the receptionist in the morning was absolutely lovely! It was really nice to have the coffee making area on the 1st floor and the little biscuits there too, that made such a difference to us!

We were arriving very late ( midnight) due to transport disruptions. I sent an email, a booking.com message and a text message and could not get any response. When we arrived to the door there was a virtual receptionist via video link inside the building, and that worked perfectly, but a little reply from someone would have put my mind at ease so much when travelling.
