Staff were really helpful and friendly at all times of the day. Breakfast was a good mixture. Location was great. Room was clean and spacious and we loved the sun terrace.

This was our second time staying at the Palazzo Marziele and couldn’t be happier. We used this hotel as home base because of its convenience to Piazza Tasso and the ferry port. We extended our stay here for ten days. The atmosphere is superb and we booked the Roman room which is large, beautifully appointed, and well worth it! The hotel is spotless with attention to detail throughout. The service was once again exceptional with a special shoutout to Joe and Colomba at the front desk who were extremely helpful and supportive with all our requests from setting up excursions to taxi and restaurant recommendations and reservations. Romel was there each morning to greet us with a smile and outstanding service. Breakfast is excellent with much to choose from. Also met Rita who manages the hotel and took time to talk with us about our stay. An absolute jewel in the heart of Sorrento!
