"Déçue par le service "

Très bon emplacement, hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et une très belle vue sur le port. Par contre, très déçue par le service...Ma sœur jumelle et moi fêtions notre anniversaire tardivement ce date unitiale..50 ans je précise...ce qui n'est pas rien!! Nous avions la suite avec piscine pour 2 nuits, une surprise que je faisais à ma sœur. J'avais écris à l'hotel 2 jours avant en précisant bien que nous avions fait cette resa pour notre anniversaire et...grosse déception car aucune attention particulière à ce sujet à notre arrivée !! Une bouteille à été apportée en chambre après avoir fait part de ma déception mais j'avais vu sur le site que c'était actuellement une promotion et que toutes les chambre en bénéficiaient...aucun accompagnement, fruités ni même qqs cacahuètes ou olives ni même aucun petit mot...Et obtenir un briquet ou des allumettes pour allumer une bougie pour l'événement a été mission impossible...!!

The "premium" category room we were allocated initially was on street level with the "view" straight on the street. Any passerby would either be looking into the room or you have to stay in dark. We requested the change which the staff were accommodating enough but we had to pay more for the different room. Got hassled at breakfast that we hadn't paid for 2 people when we had! And breakfast was closed with military precision sharp at 10.30 they would shut down the coffee! Front desk could be a bit more polite and courteous. Wouldnt choose this again.
