Hotel HSM Reina del Mar

Hemos estado 9 dias las vistas eran geniales la ubicación excelente y bueno el servicio de todo el personal recepción, bar,comedor, servicio limpieza de habitaciones eran súper amables todo excelente volveremos pronto 🤗

El horario de la cena y de la piscina. Sugiero que la piscina esté abierta al menos media hora más a la tarde y la cena que empiece a las 19:30 y termine a las 21:30.

Staff is very polite and eager to help. Whole hotel is very clean, and it was refreshing in the room, because of the ventilation. Also there is a safe in the room so you can put your valuable stuff and documentation. There were various options of food and it was exceptionally tasty. For hotel that has 3 stars I would say that it has a service of a 5 star hotel. I would recommend it for anyone to stay at HSM Reina del Mar.

Nothing negative about the hotel. Only to alarm everyone that there are a lot of thiefs at the beach and generally at the whole Majorca, so be carefull and do not bring valuable stuff (phones, documents) to the beach if none of you is there to watch it. Believe me you will be robbed, as I was. Two of our phones were stolen, be careful.

Guter schneller Weg zum Ballermann und Strand. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Wenig Ausstattung, hoher Lärm (sollte man sich bewusst drüber sein, wenn man ein Hotel so nah am Ballermann bucht).

Közel volt a buszmegálló, a strand és a sétány.

Korábban kb 2 éve jártam itt, azóta nagyon lecsökkent a hotel színvonala, ellàtása. Az érkezéskor üdvözlőital kártya sem létezik már. Az étel kinálat nagyon egynangú és igyekeztek a legolcsóbb termékekből megoldani. A kávé nagyon mű, kávépor ízű. A hotel bárjában vásárolt coctélok nagyon alul maradnak a városban vásárolhatóval szembe. ( Kevés alkohol tartalmaz.) A medence vize hidegebb volt mint a tengevíz ( 2026.06.06- 13). A hotelben i 2 kicsi lift áll a vendégek rendelkezésére, 9 emelet vendégnek ez szörnyen kevés. A szobánkban az ágyon dupla lepedő volt, takaró helyett, a szekrénybe találtunk, plédet és paplant, huzat semmihez nem volt. ( Nem gondolom hogy minden vendég után mindent is cserélnek. Hajszárító nincs a hotelben. Máskor is szívesen utazunk Mallorcára, de ezt a hotelt kihagyjuk.

The beach was very close

The restaurant staff did not impressed me, especially a middle age blonde women who told me off because I was drinking my own half glass of water at the dinner while my husband was in the queue to buy our usual pints of beer. She addressed her arrogance by pointing my little glass of water , speaking not even in English and ignoring that for 1 week we bought many drinks at the hotel during the day, the dinner and the night. She was very rude and umprofessional even if there was this policy, but she did not show a good understanding of customer relationships and care and especially not good manners and professional approach.
