The beach was very close

The restaurant staff did not impressed me, especially a middle age blonde women who told me off because I was drinking my own half glass of water at the dinner while my husband was in the queue to buy our usual pints of beer. She addressed her arrogance by pointing my little glass of water , speaking not even in English and ignoring that for 1 week we bought many drinks at the hotel during the day, the dinner and the night. She was very rude and umprofessional even if there was this policy, but she did not show a good understanding of customer relationships and care and especially not good manners and professional approach.

Tout était très bien au sein de l'hôtel. Les repas étaient excellents, les chambres confortables et nous avons pu bien nous reposer. De plus, le personnel de la réception a été très accueillant et agréable tout au long de notre séjour.

Malgré un bon séjour, nous avons été victimes d'une arnaque par deux serveurs de l'hôtel, Booga et Sergio (Cheikh). Profitant de notre statut d'étudiants, de notre budget limité et du fait que c'était notre premier séjour (4 jours), ils ont insisté pour être nos guides en affirmant qu'étant employés de l'hôtel, ils étaient "des personnes de confiance". Ils nous ont volé notre argent. Sur place, ils ont enchaîné les excuses (se renvoyant la balle ou prétextant des voyages), et depuis notre retour en France, ils ignorent complètement nos appels. C'est un comportement malveillant qui détruit totalement la confiance des clients et donne une très mauvaise image de votre établissement. La direction devrait faire plus attention à ses recrutements.

non presenti neanche su richiesta in reception asciugacapelli, inoltre l'ultima notte alle 3 del mattino una gruppo di ragazzi adolescenti mi sembra tedeschi di cui hotel era pieno hanno cominciato a bussare alla porta della stanza e a fare chiasso nel corridoio per oltre 40m senza che nessuno intervenisse.

The staff were so friendly and always helped. The location was so good and the swimming pool was amazing. Well managed so it was refreshing and your clothes and eyes didn't feel like just out of a pool full of chlorine. Very good pool. The rooms were great and freshly renovated. The food was fantastic. A nice variety. The floors and decorations and also the options to put rubbish with different recycling options were great. Nice.music by the pool. Just fantastic . The bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, hotel is close to the sea, but during hot season there are parties nearby with noisy teenagers, so bare it in mind.

There was no hair drier, so better take one with you if you need one

Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji, 5 min do plaze, leve strane El Arenala. Ciste sobe, sv dan sredjuju, menjaju peskire. Hrana sasvim korektna, ima dosta izbora...

Ne znam da li stoji na recenzijama, mana ima 😏 Nema fen za kosu, ne samo u sobi, nema hotel! Nema suncobrana na bazenu kod lezaljki! Ne moze kafa da se ponese u sobu, pre dorucka, a ne radi bar pre 10h. Kupovali smo u baru u hotelu Tent pored, ciji bar radi 24h! Lobi im je prostran ali nekako bezivotan, i na bazenu isto, bar... mrtvilo 🥺🥺🥺 Nema mini frizider u sobi. Nema pice uz polupansion, za veceru, cak ni voda! Sve se placa... Eto, mozda nekom znaci pri izboru hotela 🙂

Easy walk to the beach. Reception very friendly. Room was clean, looked as pictures. Pool very clean. Would recommend with caveats

Restaurant staff were a little condescending and did not make us feel like guests. We were not allowed to take water in with us, and made to leave it behind the bar. Despite water being offered for free with breakfast, you had to pay at dinner. There was some variance with food, but this variance only catered to those who eat meat. You can hear the plumbing of the next room. No shade covering for pool loungers. No hairdryer. Lifts very slow
