The hotel is in a great location, with a bus stop right in front of the building, making transit very convenient. The hotel itself has modern amenities and beautiful spaces. We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the large terrace with a stunning sea view. Another big plus was that the room was very quiet, and we couldn't hear any street noise at all.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping was of a very low standard. Our towels were not changed even after we explicitly requested it; the staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. On our second-to-last day, we returned from the beach to find no towels at all—they took the old ones but never replaced them. Additionally, the bedside lamp was broken. The bathroom had serious issues as well; water kept leaking from the shower cabin straight into the room, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain. We stayed on the top floor, so the elevators were a complete nightmare. For the last three days, one of the elevators was out of order. With only one working, the wait times were extremely long, especially since it could only hold 4 people. Finally, the food was a letdown. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day with zero variety, and the dinner selection was very poor, particularly with a lack of meat options. It was genuinely difficult to find even one decent meal to choose from.

Esta cerca de una plaza , que se ponen los alemanes pasados de alcohol a gritar y se escucha todo , le haria falta un parking y los ascensores mas rapidos o alguno mas se queda corto para la gente que hay

Camere molto rumorose, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare piano ma la situazione non è migliorata

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole presso l’HSM Son Veri di Maiorca. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, con camere sempre in ordine e ben mantenute. Un plauso particolare va al personale delle pulizie per l’attenzione e la cura quotidiana. Ottima anche la ristorazione: la colazione è ricca, varia e adatta a tutti i gusti, mentre la cena offre ogni sera una buona scelta di piatti, ben preparati e di qualità. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale, contribuendo a rendere la vacanza ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura e ci torneremmo volentieri!

L’unica piccola nota riguarda gli ultimi due giorni del soggiorno, durante i quali era operativo un solo ascensore, causando qualche attesa nelle ore di maggiore affluenza. Nulla però che abbia compromesso la nostra esperienza complessiva.
