The location was excellent, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff was very nice.

I wasn’t thrilled with the cleanliness. The towels and linens felt worn, and the room could have used a deeper clean. Also, you have to hand in and pick up a physical room key every time you leave or return, which I found inconvenient—an updated key card system would be much better.
