El hotel no sería el mismo sin el magnífico personal sin excepciones, agradable, profesional y siempre dispuesto a agradarle. Una mención especial a una chica camarera del restaurante ( creo que su nombre es Isabel ), que es la máxima expresión de profesionalidad , agrado y educación. Me voy encantado y triste por dejaros.

"Comfortable, conveniently located and the roof top bar is great."

Convenient location close to the central area of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the river. Comfortable rooms with good a/c. Buffet breakfast was an excellent start to the day. Staff helpful and responsive to queries.

There was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room probably emanating from the drains. Staff were advised and hopefully action taken.

La limpieza, la ubicación , las habitaciones..todo es un 10

Por poner alguna pequeña pega hay zonas que necesitan pequeños arreglos de mantenimiento pero no es nada que haga mala tú estancia
