Breakfast was not bad.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, choosing it because of its high rating. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First of all, parking was a major issue. The hotel’s parking area is very small and was completely full. There were no spaces nearby either, so we had to drive around for a long time. Getting to the city center by car was also difficult because of the parking situation, and walking there takes quite a while as the hotel is located quite far from the center. Secondly, the sleeping conditions were very uncomfortable. The room had only one small bed with a very hard mattress and just one sheet. When booking, I requested two beds, but this was not taken into account. Sleeping under one small sheet for two people was extremely inconvenient. At the very least, an extra sheet could have been provided. The shower in the room also worked poorly. As for breakfast: the food itself was decent for a three-star hotel. However, the seating arrangement was disappointing — each table was marked with a room number. Although the dining room was half-empty with plenty of nice tables available by the windows, our table was set up in the most inconvenient spot, right at the entrance in the passageway. Overall, the stay was not comfortable. If you value a good night’s sleep and easy access to the city center, especially if you are traveling by car, this hotel will most likely disappoint you.

This is a small well run family hotel and we found it to be utterly charming. It was quiet while we were there and we found it very relaxing. We were given a choice of rooms. The staff were great - they even gave us free cava for breakfast as it was my birthday. The outside area is small but the pool/ hot tub is great and there are lots of different seating areas to escape the sun. We would definately stay again if we return to Palamos.

A kettle in the room / tea coffee making facilities would be nice.

Due to a cancelled flight , I arrived four hours late at nearly 2am. Their friendly night porter saw me arrive and ran down to help me park, safely lock the car park and then booked me in and saw me to my room. Wonderful. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was fab Coffee even fabber! Lovely pool and hot tub. I was there two nights and would happily stay again. Palamos is a great town with lively shops bars and restaurants.....Less "touristy" than the usual resorts which is to be recommended. A genuinely delightful charming building and grounds, kept spotlessly clean by all the hard-working staff.
